Shaista Vally
Dr. Vally holds her Doctor of Optometry from the State University of New York College of Optometry after earning her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She did her ocular disease residency at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine.
Prior to joining DePaul, Dr. Vally served our nation's veterans as an Optometrist for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Baton Rouge. Dr. Vally has also been an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Kentucky. She has volunteered for Women in Medicine and Science, Tri For Sight, and visually impaired preschoolers.
