 If you participated in the Ascension Healthcare Voluntary 403(b) Deferred Compensation Plan, you will receive a notification from Transamerica regarding your payment options. If you have not already made a distribution timing election, you must make an election within 90 days after your employment terminates, or your account will be paid to you in a lump sum approximately 120 days following the date your employment terminates.
