Mrs. Joseph-Breckenridge is a licensed professional counselor and a national certified counselor who is also a registered dental hygienist. Prior to DePaul Community Health Centers, Mrs. Joseph-Breckenridge served the community at Integrated Family Services and Southeast Regional Reentry and Restorative Service Program.
She earned her Master of Arts in counseling and clinical mental health from Xavier University of Louisiana and her Bachelor of Applied Science in dental hygiene practice and administration from Clayton State University. Mrs. Joseph-Breckenridge is a member of the Louisiana Counseling Association, the American Counseling Association, the National Dental Hygienist Association, Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society, Jack and Jill of North America, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. In her spare time, Mrs. Joseph-Breckenridge enjoys sewing, crafts, event planning, mentoring youth, and community service.
